After placing an order for our cremation jewelry we will mail out an ash kit.  The kit will have everything you need to safely send us a small amount of cremation ashes to create your memorial keepsake.  A prepaid return shipping label with tracking will be included unless you live outside of the USA.  International orders will have to purchase return shipping for the ash kit from their local shipping courier.  You will send the kit back to us in the same box, so please open carefully so as not damage the shipping box.

When you purchase our cremation memorials and keepsakes you will receive them in a quality wood jewelry box.  They are a safe place to store your memorial jewelry when they are not in use and present very nicely when given as a gift. Our glass cremation marbles will be safely packaged and arrive in a satin pouch.

You will have the option to have a nameplate on the jewelry box. We typically include the name of the deceased and their years of life.  If you would like to personalize the plate with something different we can also do this for you.  Perhaps a quote or message that was held close by your loved one.  This option will be presented to you as you proceed through the checkout process.

At any time we may have to substitute our product packaging for another quality box. This may change the color, for example to a brown wood and white outer packer. A quality box will always be supplied, however, it can change from those pictured due to supply issues.
