Changes To Your Order

Please make sure that all of the details of your order are correct before mailing back the ash kit.  If you need to make any changes, contact us as soon as possible.  After we have received the ash kit returned to us and have emailed you the anticipated shipping date we can not make any changes

Return/Cancellation Policy

Locked in Art memorials are custom made one of a kind products. If after you receive your memorial and are unsatisfied, please contact us.  We will work on a case by case scenario to try and resolve any problems.   Since these works of art do contain the ashes of your loved one or pet, we can not offer a refund under any circumstance.  If we have made a mistake on the color or engraving of your memorial, we will fix the problem at our cost.

If for any reason you decide you would like to cancel an order, the request must be made within a reasonable time frame, within 2 weeks of the sale.  However, you will still be responsible for all costs we have incurred up to that point.  This would include the cost of the ash kit, packaging, shipping labels as well as payment processing costs.

Shipping Terms

Included with the free shipping of memorials is the shipment of the ash kit back and forth as well as the shipping of your finished memorial via USPS with our own insurance carrier.  Please find some peace of mind in knowing your loved one's ashes are being packed and shipped in the most secure way possible. 

Lost or Damaged Shipments

We pack our memorials very securely to prevent any damage in transit.  In the event that your order arrives damaged or is lost, contact us immediately.   Do not dispose of any of the shipping materials as they will be needed to file an insurance claim.   We fully insure every order that is sent and handle the insurance process for you.  Once an insurance claim is paid out to us, we will recreate your memorial for you.  Inspect your memorial carefully upon receipt of your order.  Any claim for shipping damage must be notified to us within 3 days of confirmed delivery.

Each Memorial is Unique & One of a Kind

As each of our family member's and pet's are unique in their life, so are their cremated remains.  Not all ash looks the same or will react the same as those pictured when introduced to heat of our flame.  We strive to create the best memorial possible for each of our customers.  Please be aware that your memorial will not look exactly the same a those pictured.  They will be very similar in shape, form and concept.  That being said, we will never send out a product we are not happy with, or that was not representative of the product being advertised.
