Every memorial is individually handcrafted using traditional torchwork techniques, borosilicate glass, and precious metals. Because each piece is made by hand, we’re sometimes able to accommodate meaningful custom requests and personalized details.

Can I request a custom memorial?

If you have something specific in mind, we’re always happy to take a look.

We occasionally create custom pieces based on availability and design fit. If you’re interested in a custom memorial, feel free to reach out with any ideas or details you have in mind. We’ll let you know what’s possible and guide you through the next steps.

If a custom order is approved, we’ll provide a private listing for purchase.

Do you offer rush orders?

We understand that sometimes timing matters.

Rush options are available for our standard designs and allow us to prioritize your memorial within our production schedule to help shorten turnaround time.

Because custom memorials require additional planning and design time, rush service is not available for custom work.

How do I place a rush order?

If you’re working with a deadline, simply add a Rush Upgrade to your order. There’s no need to contact us in advance unless you’d like to confirm timing before purchasing. Add the Rush Upgrade to your cart here.

How quickly will a rush order ship?

Rush orders ship within about 2 weeks after your ash collection kit is safely received at our studio.

Are custom and rush orders always available?

Because every memorial is handmade and created with care, custom work and rush availability are limited. We’ll always do our best to accommodate requests whenever possible.
