Your Ash Collection Kit

When will my ash collection kit arrive?

We ship your ash collection kit within 2 business days of your order via USPS Ground Advantage.

Once it ships, we’ll send you tracking information so you can follow its delivery. USPS Ground Advantage typically takes about 3–7 business days to arrive, depending on your location.

What’s included in the ash collection kit?

Your kit includes everything needed to safely return a small amount of ashes, along with simple step-by-step instructions. A prepaid return label is included for your convenience.

Production & Timing

How long does the process take?

Once your kit is returned to our studio, most orders are completed and shipped within about 4-6 weeks.

When your kit arrives safely, we’ll reach out to confirm receipt and provide you with a projected completion and shipment date. Because each piece is handmade, timelines may vary slightly, but we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.

Final Shipment

How will my finished piece be shipped?

Your memorial will be carefully packaged and shipped to you using a fully insured shipping method for added peace of mind. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

What shipping options are available?

We offer USPS Priority Mail and USPS Priority Mail Express.

The shipping speed selected at checkout applies only to the final shipment of your completed memorial. Your ash collection kit is shipped separately.

Memorial orders include three separate shipments:

• Shipping your ash collection kit to you
• A prepaid return label for sending it back
• Final shipment of your completed memorial, fully insured for added peace of mind

These combined costs are reflected in the flat $20 shipping rate shown at checkout.

What affects the overall timeline?

The overall timeline depends on when your ash kit is returned to us. Once it’s safely received at our studio, your 4-6 week production timeline begins.

From there, we move forward with creating your piece and keep you updated every step of the way.
