This charm measures approximately 4.5mm as pictured, though the final size may vary slightly depending on the symbol or custom design selected. It can be attached stationary near the clasp or added so it moves freely on the chain, depending on your preference and the jewelry design selected.
We’ll match the charm finish to your selected jewelry whenever possible, whether polished or antique.

2. Add This Charm Upgrade
Add the Personalized Heart Name Charm to your cart along with your jewelry piece.
3. Enter the Name or Word
Use the engraving box to enter the name, initials, or short word you’d like engraved on the charm. Because this charm is very small, shorter engraving looks best.
4. We Attach It for You
We’ll make and engrave the charm then attach it before your finished memorial jewelry ships.
5. A Tiny Personal Detail
Your completed piece will arrive with the little heart charm already attached, creating a subtle personalized touch without changing the main design of your memorial jewelry.

bracelets. If ordered by itself, it will ship as a small engraved charm without being attached to jewelry.

Each memorial is made to order in our Arizona studio. Below are the timelines and shipping details so you know exactly what to expect.
Production Time
Once your ash kit is returned to us, most orders are completed within 4–6 weeks (or 1-2 weeks with a rush order).
Ash Kit & Return
Your ash collection kit includes everything needed to safely return a small amount of ashes to our studio, including a prepaid return shipping label.
Shipping Your Finished Piece
Your completed memorial is carefully packaged, fully insured, and shipped with tracking. You’ll receive an email notification as soon as your order is on the way.
Peace of Mind
We take great care to keep every order clearly identified and handled with respect throughout the entire process. All unused ashes are returned with your completed piece.

Your memorial bead is made from durable borosilicate glass with the ashes permanently sealed inside, making it safe for everyday wear, including exposure to water. Unlike resin-based alternatives, the glass will not yellow or cloud over time.
Sterling silver components will naturally tarnish over time. To keep your piece looking its best, we recommend:
- Removing before swimming in pools or hot tubs
- Avoiding contact with harsh chemicals or cleaners
- Storing in a dry place when not in use
- Using the included polishing cloth as needed
