Returns, Repairs & Order Changes

Can I return or exchange my memorial?

Because each memorial is custom made using personal materials such as ashes, engraving, or custom color selections, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.

These pieces are created specifically for you and cannot be restocked or resold.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, materials may already be ordered or your ash collection kit may have already been prepared for shipment, and cancellation may no longer be possible.

What if there is an issue with my order?

If your piece arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is a concern with your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may ask for photos so we can better understand the issue and determine the best way to help. Depending on the situation, we may offer a repair, replacement, or another appropriate solution.

What if my memorial needs repair in the future?

Memorial jewelry is meant to be worn and loved, but accidents can happen. If your piece is damaged over time, please reach out to us. In many cases, we may be able to repair or restore your memorial depending on the nature of the damage.

How do I move forward with a repair?

Repair costs vary depending on the type and extent of the repair needed. Some minor repairs may only require return shipping, while more extensive repairs may involve additional labor or material costs. We’ll always evaluate the piece first and discuss any costs with you before moving forward.

If your memorial ever needs attention, simply contact us with photos and a brief description of the issue and we’ll be happy to help however we can.
