Each necklace features a cremation glass cabochon infused with ashes and hand bezel set in solid sterling silver without the use of glue or resin.

The sterling silver heart pendant is paired with an elegant lariat-style toggle clasp, symbolizing everlasting connection while also making the necklace easy and comfortable to wear. Every cremation cabochon is individually formed in the flame before being shaped and refined on a lapidary machine to create a smooth flat back for secure bezel setting. The result is a luminous memorial filled with unique swirls of color and light that can never be exactly duplicated — just like the memories they represent.

From melting the glass to hand-forming, soldering, engraving, and finishing the sterling silver, each necklace is carefully crafted in our Arizona studio by husband-and-wife artisans. Available in both polished sterling silver and antiqued sterling silver finishes, the Soul necklace blends meaningful design with heirloom-quality craftsmanship.

What to Expect

How it Works

Ordering your memorial jewelry is simple, and we’ll guide you through each step with care.

1. Place Your Order
Choose your memorial design and select any preferred options, including glass color, engraving details, and finish selections.

2. Receive Your Ash Kit
We’ll mail your ash collection kit within 2 business days. It includes
everything needed to safely send a small amount (about one teaspoon), along with clear instructions and a prepaid return label.

3. Send Your Kit Back
Once you’re ready, return the kit using the provided prepaid label. You can either schedule a USPS pickup online or simply drop the package off at your local Post Office or USPS drop box.

4. We Create Your Memorial
After your kit arrives, we begin handcrafting your piece in our Arizona studio. Each memorial is made individually with care and respect.

5. Completed & Shipped Back to You
You’ll receive a confirmation email with your estimated completion date once your kit is received. Finished pieces typically ship within 4–6 weeks (or 1-2 weeks with a rush order).

All unused ashes are respectfully returned with your completed piece.

Optional:
You’re welcome to share a photo or a few words about your loved one. Many families find comfort in knowing their story is present in our studio while we create.

Production Time
Once your ash kit is returned to us, most orders are completed within 4–6 weeks (or 1-2 weeks with a rush order).

Your ash kit includes everything needed to safely send a small amount back to us. U.S. orders include a prepaid return label.

Shipping Your Finished Piece
Your completed memorial is carefully packaged, fully insured, and shipped with tracking. You’ll receive an email notification as soon as your order is on the way.

Peace of Mind
We take great care to keep every order clearly identified and handled with respect throughout the entire process. All unused ashes are returned with your completed piece.

If anything ever comes up during the process, we’ll reach out directly.

Care Instructions

Your memorial bead is made from durable borosilicate glass with the ashes permanently sealed inside, making it safe for everyday wear, including exposure to water. Unlike resin-based alternatives, the glass will not yellow or cloud over time.

Sterling silver components will naturally tarnish over time. To keep your piece looking its best, we recommend:

  • Removing before swimming in pools or hot tubs
  • Avoiding contact with harsh chemicals or cleaners
  • Storing in a dry place when not in use
  • Using the included polishing cloth as needed

With proper care, your memorial will remain a lasting and meaningful keepsake for years to come.
